What are our personal and business values?

If you're going to be involved with us - whether it's working through one of the guided journals, listening to our broadcasts/podcasts, becoming involved as an affiliate or in other activities such as Coaching Programs, Professional Development Programs, Mastermind Groups or Work-A-Frolic Experiences, it's important you know who we are:

We value our Customers and our Team - without them we couldn't do what we do.

We believe in honesty and integrity.

We value the people in our lives, the experiences we have and the way we view those experiences to ultimately shape who we are.

We believe in having fun!

We believe that theories and plans are great - however it's what you do with those theories and plans that makes the difference.

We believe that what we focus upon, we attract (and, personally, it took me a long time to realize, when things weren't going well in my life, it was me who needed to take ownership of that fact!)

We believe that Socrates was correct in that we all have the answers - we just need the right questions.

We value failure as an important part of success - but only if you admit to it, learn from it and then move forward.

We believe in 'sustainable giving' and non-profit profitability - in that it's important to recognize the value of being able to give in a way that allows you to continue to give (whether that's financially, physically, emotionally...)

Leigh St John:  I, personally, spent many years trying to be the person I thought I 'should' be - until I realized the best person I can be is who I am!

...and while I know we have all had both times when we have been strong and times when we have been weak, I believe in the Eleanor Roosevelt quote:

"A woman is like a tea bag - you never know how strong she is until she gets into hot water."

What does this mean to you?

My Ultimate Passion is being a support mechanism that helps people 'shine'.

This is what we do:
